How is postage billed?
Shipping labels are billed at the rate shown when each order ships, on top of the fulfillment fees above.
What counts as an additional item?
Pick and pack includes the first item in an order. Each additional item in the same order is billed at the additional-item rate.
How does storage work?
Small products are stored in shelf bins and billed per bin each month. Several small products can share a bin.
What does receiving include?
When your inventory arrives we count every unit and put it on the shelf, the same day it arrives.
Where are you located?
We are based in Gardena, California, in the South Bay of Los Angeles. You get the receiving address when you schedule your first inbound shipment.
